Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), and using the Site signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept and agree to all provisions of these Terms, you may not use the Site or any of the services offered or provided on the Site.

Registered Accounts
To the extent you register or establish an account through the Site to make an application for a job, internship, produced content subscription, or similar, you agree to abide by all ancillary terms specific to such account or functions. Additionally, if any such account requires an ID/password for access and use, you agree that: (i) only you may use your registered account(s); (ii) you will keep your account(s) and password(s) confidential and not authorize any third party to access or use any of your accounts on your behalf, unless we provide an approved mechanism for such use; (iii) you will contact us right away if you suspect misuse of your account or any security breach in your account services; (iv) you are responsible for all activities that take place through use of your accounts; and, (v) POC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any use of your account(s), including without limitation, through failure to properly protect all personal passwords you establish for such accounts or functions.
If you choose to participate in POC’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or other services, terms applicable to the relevant POC social media account and the terms set forth below in Your Social Media Submissions will apply.
At such time that you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Site immediately terminates without the necessity of any notice. We retain the right to deny Site access to anyone for any reason in our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless POC and its respective partners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees and hosting service providers from any loss, fine, damage, cost, liability, claim and expense (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) related to or arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of the Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, any use, misuse or improper disclosure of passwords used in connection with your registration(s) and accounts established at or utilized through the Site.
POC shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, reliance, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or data, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or any other damages whatsoever, whether arising as a contract, negligence or tort action, in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Site.

Your Social Media Submissions
In the event you post or upload content that you have created, which may include comments, photos, videos or your social media identifier(s), to your social media accounts that you have tagged with #pillarsofchange or associated brands and show hashtags (collectively, “Social Media Submissions”), you hereby grant to POC and its third-party service providers who provide content management services (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use your POC tagged Social Media Submissions in any manner to be determined in the Permitted Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on their webpages, on the Site, on social media pages operated by POC, and in other promotional, marketing or advertising materials and programs, in any media or means now or hereafter known. You also hereby grant the Permitted Parties permission to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location, or other identifying information in connection with any use of your Social Media Submissions. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Social Media Submissions, (ii) you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your Social Media Submissions to grant the permissions granted herein; (iii) the Permitted Parties’ use of your Social Media Submissions as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law; and (iv) you are not a minor. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold POC and the Permitted Parties harmless from any liability related in any way to the Permitted Parties’ use of your Social Media Submissions.
Disclaimer
POC makes no warranty as to content on the Site other than those warranties which under applicable U.S. law are incapable of exclusion, modification, or restriction. POC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, course of dealing or usage, and non-infringement. Employment or Internship Matters
POC may post and accept employment information, whereby you can submit inquiries via the ‘Careers’ webpage on our website, an email to us or otherwise submit a resume or expression of interest in consideration for a position of employment. Our Human Resources department may respond to such inquiries by phone or email. As part of such inquiries, you may provide personally identifiable information to us (including, name, email address and other optional information) in conjunction with such a submission.
The posting of jobs by us or your submission of an email form or resume, or by using the ‘Submit’ function on our Careers page shall not mean that you are considered an applicant of a job with POC, nor shall it be deemed an offer of employment to you. You are not considered an applicant for any position at POC until you have been contacted by a POC Human Resources representative. Then, you may be asked to come in and fill out an employment application and/or begin the POC employment application process involving an interview or job-related testing. POC makes no representations or warranties that the job postings remain accurate or available.
POC will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information, or financial information, to the extent that such use or disclosure is permitted under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

We are firmly committed to protecting the information you may provide through the Site.
We continually update our privacy practices and our procedures for safeguarding the personal information you may provide to us, and accordingly we may amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
