Indemnification

In the event you post or upload content that you have created, which may include comments, photos, videos or your social media identifier(s), to your social media accounts that you have tagged with #pillarsofchange or associated brands and show hashtags (collectively, “Social Media Submissions”), you hereby grant to POC and its third-party service providers who provide content management services (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use your POC tagged Social Media Submissions in any manner to be determined in the Permitted Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on their webpages, on the Site, on social media pages operated by POC, and in other promotional, marketing or advertising materials and programs, in any media or means now or hereafter known.  You also hereby grant the Permitted Parties permission to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location, or other identifying information in connection with any use of your Social Media Submissions.  You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Social Media Submissions, (ii) you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your Social Media Submissions to grant the permissions granted herein; (iii) the Permitted Parties’ use of your Social Media Submissions as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law; and (iv) you are not a minor.
